Privacy notice

This site serves static pages, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics and no third-party scripts. Two things on it do collect personal data, and both are things you choose to do: sending an enquiry, and requesting a time for a call. Everything below describes those two.

If you send an enquiry

What you type into the form is stored in a database in Ireland and sent to me by email: your name, company, email address, and the details of what you are dealing with. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, because you contacted a business about its services and it needs to be able to answer you. It is kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically.

Your IP address is not stored. What is stored is a keyed one-way hash of it, which lets an abusive pattern be recognised without holding an address that identifies you.

If you request a time for a call

Scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which is a processor for that purpose. Your name, email address, the time you picked and your timezone are sent to Cal.com so an invitation can be issued. Requests are confirmed by me rather than booked automatically.

No Cal.com script and no Cal.com frame runs on this site. The page asks this site’s own server, which asks Cal.com, so no third party receives your IP address when you look at the calendar. Your name and email address are held in your own browser between submitting the form and picking a time, and discarded as soon as the calendar has read them.

How replies are written

Replies to enquiries are drafted with AI assistance and sent by a person. Nothing reaches you without being read first.

Who else is involved

AWS, for hosting, the database and mail delivery, in Ireland. Google Workspace, for the mailbox. Cal.com, for scheduling only, and only when you request a time. And the provider of the model behind the drafting assistance.

Fonts and other assets

The two typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font host, so no third party receives your IP address when you load a page.

Your rights, and how to use them

Ask for a copy of what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at hello@liveshuttle.com. Deletion is done by hand and confirmed by reply.

When this changes

A checklist download is planned, and it will add a mailing list with its own consent record. This notice will be updated before that ships, not after.
